Subject: [PATCH] compose: forward ADMIN_BOOTSTRAP_EMAIL and SITE_BASE_URL to
 the container

Portainer stack variables are substitution values for the compose file,
not container environment. A var added to the stack and not listed here
is silently absent at runtime.
